The sale reps were the best ive seen in a ling time. They were extremely busy with the back to school shoppers, the customer service was still on point.

Large selection and good prices on their shoes. I hate shopping so I appreciate the open area and the fact that if I want to get shoes they have plenty to choose from so I won't have to go to multiple stores. And they aren't crappy shoes like payless either.

My fiance purchased a pair of Vans for our son. I ended up taking them back the next day to exchange them for a bigger size and had ZERO issues. The day after that I ended up returning again because I exchangwd for a size too big! At this point the size we needed was not in stock. The floor associate checked the back stock and offered to order the right size. She also let me know they were having the buy 1 get one half off which included clearance shoes as well! I ended uo exchanging the shoes for the right size and different style than originally purchased and was able to get my daughter a pair of sketchers for only $8.00 more than my original purchase! Very happy with the fact I haf to go back twice and that the lady was able to upsale us on a 2nd pair. It waa definitely a WIN, WIN!

Really good customer service! The lady with long/curly hair (early 20's) (not sure what her name was) was very helpful and so patient with me and my husband. Plus, they have the shoe sizes we needed and they also have a lot of shoes to choose from.

I went to the location in Virginia Beach Blvd in urgent need of Vans for my son who turned 21 this week. Jessie was assisting me and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything he would want. We had to order the shoe and she said 7-10busi was days but they have arrived in just enough time for him to wear them back to college! Thank you thank you Jessie! And good luck in school!

Love the awesome variety of name brands and styles for each name brand. Helpful staff. Easy to get to the store off main road and you don't have to go into mall to get to the entrance. Reasonably priced tho I was hoping for a better discount bring a discount store..their prices are the same as KOHL'S and other retailers!!!!

I've driven past this place every day 2 to 3 times a day and never stopped until today. This is by far o b e of the best shoe stores I've been in. They have an insanely huge selection of shoes from men and women's little kids to adults. I am very impressed , the girls behind the counter and on the floor were very hopeful and knowledgeable in their footwear.

Workers are phenomenal. Never stop w/ new & existing supply. If u cant find THE shoe THE color it ain't out there. Just stop shop at this store you'll find them your size at competable price. Great stock great price and the store is HUGE. Just ask employee they r more then happy to BRING u to that selection. I could easily spend hour + a visit. Definitely my GO TO store

Visited the Pembroke location. Lots of variety. Huge selection. Sizes can be an issue. Women's size 10, 10.5 hard to fine. Great service. Staff was very helpful. Purchased one pair, ordered second pair. Shipped to my house.

Ken was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying shoes is usually rly stressful for me and he was incredibly patient and kind. I also got great deals!!! Def recommend coming here to shop
